CEO & Managing Partner

Dominique Song is a seasoned real estate private equity executive with experience from both the sponsor/GP side and from the investor/LP side. Previously, Dominique headed the private equity group of a multi-family sponsor/operator with over 14,000 units and $1.6 billion in AUM, leading the acquisitions, capital raising, asset management and investor relations teams. Dominique is a licensed attorney in California and Texas and was with top law firms including Cravath and Gibson Dunn. Before obtaining her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, she was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs.

Carol McAllister, CPA

President & CFO

Carol McAllister brings over 25 years of finance leadership experience with a diverse background from public accounting, insurance, technology, investments, manufacturing, and financial services industries. She is a strategic leader with hands-on knowledge in establishing financial controls and managing Accounting/HR/Compliance functions from start-up and private equity-backed ventures to the consolidation of multinational operations. She is particularly adept at streamlining processes, reorganizing, and motivating staff. Carol is a graduate of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Carol has been a resident of the Tampa Bay Area for 20 years. She loves Florida and will not live anywhere else. She believes in being a contributing member of her community. She has served as Treasurer of the Hillsborough County Council of PTA/PTSAs for 3 years. She has been very involved with the Toys For Tots program as a distribution site coordinator for 6 years and will continue to support it for as long as they need her.

Randy Moses

Principal & Co-Founder

Randy Moses began his career in real estate in 1978 as a licensed Real Estate broker in Montreal Canada.

In 1985 he joined the Rosdev Group a large private real estate development and investment company as director of acquisitions. He was responsible for the acquisitions of dozens of hotels, industrial, retail and office properties worth hundreds of millions of dollars in Canada and the United States. He also was responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of single and multi-tenant commercial assets in the United States. In 1990 he joined Southwest Properties Group in Dallas Texas as a partner and Senior Vice President. During his 16 years there he oversaw the acquisition, capitalization, management, and development of 4.5 million square feet of value add multi-tenant light industrial, 1500 multi-family units including several ground-up projects, the redevelopment of prime retail in Dallas and throughout the southern United States. In 2006 MR Moses sold his interests in the Southwest Properties Group of companies and returned to Montreal and the Rosdev group as partner and director of U.S acquisitions. Over the next five years, he oversaw the acquisition, finance and asset management of numerous industrial and multi-family properties in the Southeastern U.S including many in partnership with Blue Rock Partners of Tampa Florida and it’s successor Blue Magma Residential.

He has lived and worked in Florida since 2010 and together with Blue Magma has overseen the acquisition and capitalization of over 5000 multi-family units and 1,000,000 square feet of industrial space as a principal.

Santiago Eljaiek III, Esq.

General Counsel and Co-Founder

Santiago Eljaiek III is a practicing attorney with over 20 years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, during which he has structured various private equity investments, private placements, real estate capital funds and preferred equity and mezzanine financing. He has served as counsel for both the equity/investors/limited partners and the managers/sponsors/general partners.

Joseph A. Steilberg

Capital & Acquisition Analyst

Joe Steilberg graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance from The University of South Carolina. He was previously with a real estate private equity group with over 14,000 units and $1.6 billion in AUM. Joe is experienced in market and trend analysis, valuation and underwriting. He applies his keen analytical skills to identify, underwrite, and present potential investment opportunities to the investment committee. Joe is a member of the capital and acquisition team at BMR Capital Partners.

Lily Bar-On

Acquisition Analyst

Lily Bar-On is an experienced real estate private equity professional, with in-depth background in private investments and government housing programs. She has vast experience working with private equity funds in Latin America and with governmental entities. Lily focuses on deal sourcing and underwriting at BMR Capital Partners. Lily has a J.D. law degree as well as an MBA degree.
